Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals, to ensure a full refund or valid exchange.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our lab verifies the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
